What is the personality test that you offer?

Our personality assessment is based on the Big 5 Model of personality which is considered the most empirically supported model of normal personality traits. It’s thought that these traits represent broad domains of human behavior and are at the highest level of the personality hierarchy. This particular assessment was researched and developed by Dr Leonard Goodstein, a previous CEO of the American Psychological Association, and Dr Richard Lanyon, a previous Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School.
Each of the scales has been analyzed for internal consistency and factor purity. Each meets commonly accepted psychometric standards; reliabilities as measured by Cronbach’s alpha range from .61 to .83 with a median of .76, based on 151,429 cases.

Norms for each of the scales were originally based on over 150,000 cases and are regularly updated as more data has become available. So far, over 20 million people world-wide have taken the assessment
